Mazkur maqolada ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiyalashning ijtimoiy-falsafiy asoslari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ta’lim tizimini
yangilash jarayonining jamiyat taraqqiyoti bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi, uning ijtimoiy zarurati hamda modernizatsiya jarayonining konseptual
asoslari tizimli yondashuv asosida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim paradigmalari, globallashuv sharoitida ta’lim tizimining
transformatsiyasi hamda ta’lim modernizatsiyasining asosiy yo‘nalishlari ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada ta’lim tizimini
modernizatsiyalashning nazariy asoslari milliy va xorijiy ilmiy qarashlar asosida ochib berilib, ushbu jarayonning ijtimoiy-falsafiy
mohiyati asoslab beriladi
