Ma’lumki, liderlik o‘zida notiqlik, yetakchilik, namuna bo‘la olish, mantiqiy boshqaruv, shuningdek, hamkorlik va hissiy intellektni qamrab oladi. Shu sababli, ushbu maqolada mazkur konsept tadqiqiga qaratilgan turli sohalardagi tadqiqotlar va ularning umumiy xususiyatlariga to’xtalamiz.
