Mazkur mаqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligida metakognitiv refleksiyaning o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan tahlil
qilingan. Maqolaning dolzarbligi zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida refleksiv fikrlovchi, o‘z faoliyatini ongli boshqaruvchi pedagoglarga
ehtiyoj ortib borayotgani bilan izohlangan. Maqolada tizimli, kompetensiyaviy va refleksiv yondashuvlar asosida metodologik
tahlil amalga oshirilgan. Natijalar asosida metakognitiv refleksiya pedagogik qaror qabul qilish, baholash, sinfni boshqarish va
kasbiy rivojlanish jarayonlarida asosiy mexanizm sifatida namoyon bo‘lgan. Maqolada metakognitiv refleksiyaning pedagogik
amaliyotdagi funksional mexanizmlari tizimlashtirilgan. Shuningdek, uning ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi amaliy ahamiyati asoslab
berilgan.
