Maqolada neft-gaz tarmog‘idagi raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida P.Ya. Galperinning aqliy faoliyatni bosqichma-bosqich
shakllantirish nazariyasini korporativ ta’limga integratsiya qilish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi zamonaviy
yondashuvlar sintezi asosida kasbiy kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishning metodologik asoslarini ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
Mualliflar tomonidan kompetensiyalarning ko‘p darajali modeli (Grade 1-3) taklif etilgan va Galperin nazariyasining bosqichlari
mutaxassisning professionallashuv jarayoniga muvofiqlashtirilgan. Ushbu yondashuv kasbiy standartlar talablarini aniq
pedagogik vazifalarga o‘tkazish va raqamli iqtisodiyot uchun amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim texnologiyalarini loyihalash
imkonini beradi.
