ACHILLEA MILLEFOLIUM L. URUG‘LARIDAN OLINGAN EFIR MOYI TARKIBINING FERMENTATIV MODIFIKATSIYASI VA GC–MS TAHLILI

O‘simlik asosidagi efir moylari bioaktiv birikmalarning muhim manbai hisoblanadi va farmatsevtika hamda biotexnologiyada
keng qo‘llaniladi. Ushbu tadqiqotda Achillea millefolium L. urug‘laridan olingan efir moyining kimyoviy tarkibi va biologik
faolligiga fermentativ (sellulaza) hamda biologik (Aspergillus terreus) ishlov berishning ta’siri o‘rganildi. Efir moylari
gidrodistillatsiya usuli bilan ajratilib, GC–MS yordamida tahlil qilindi. Natijalar efir moyi chiqimi sezilarli o‘zgarmaganini,
ammo tarkibida muhim o‘zgarishlar yuz berganini ko‘rsatdi. Xususan, kamazulen va levomenol miqdorining ortishi kuzatildi.
Fermentativ ishlov berilgan namunalarda antioksidant faollik yuqori bo‘lib, past IC₅₀ qiymatlari aniqlandi. Shuningdek, bu
namunalar kuchli antimikrob ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar fermentativ ishlov berish efir moyining biologik xossalarini
yaxshilashini tasdiqlaydi. Mazkur yondashuv yuqori biofaollikka ega tabiiy mahsulotlar olishda istiqbolli hisoblanadi.
