Mazkur maqolada ijtimoiy tadbirkorlikning fuqarolik jamiyati instituti sifatidagi ijtimoiy-falsafiy mohiyati va rivojlanish tendensiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ijtimoiy tadbirkorlikning shakllanish omillari, uning fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari tizimidagi o‘rni hamda ijtimoiy muammolarni hal etishdagi imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ijtimoiy tadbirkorlikning ijtimoiy innovatsiyalar, fuqarolik faolligi va barqaror rivojlanish bilan bog‘liqligi ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida ijtimoiy tadbirkorlikni fuqarolik jamiyatining barqaror instituti sifatida rivojlantirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari asoslab berilgan.
