##submission.downloads##
Maqolada muallif Xitoy Xalq Respublikasining Shanxay Hamkorlik Tashkiloti doirasida Afg‘onistonga nisbatan olib borayotgan siyosati xavfsizlik, geoiqtisodiy manfaatlar va mintaqaviy strategiyalar kesimida tahlil qilgan. Maqolada 2001-yildan keyingi uch davrni: xalqaro harbiy ishtirok bosqichi, “Bir makon, bir yo‘l” tashabbusi bilan bog‘liq faollashuv jarayoni hamda 2021-yildan keyingi Tolibon hukmronligi sharoitidagi pragmatik moslashuv davrini qamrab oladi. Shuningdek, Xitoyning Afg‘oniston siyosati ShHTning aksilterror, transmilliy tahdidlar, narkotrafikka qarshi kurash va mintaqaviy barqarorlik mexanizmlari bilan chambarchas bog‘liqligi alohida tahlil qilingan. Xulosa sifatida Xitoy siyosati ehtiyotkor, bosqichma-bosqich va shartli pragmatizmga asoslangani, ShHT esa mazkur siyosatni institutsionallashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi muhim platforma ekanligi asoslab berilgan.
