Mazkur maqolada inklyuziv ta’limning inson qadrini yuksaltirishdagi ijtimoiy-falsafiy, pedagogik va aksiologik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda inklyuziv ta’limning mohiyati, uning inson huquqlari va teng imkoniyatlar tamoyillari bilan bog‘liqligi hamda shaxsning ijtimoiy integratsiyasiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda inklyuziv ta’limni rivojlantirish borasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning inson qadrini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari inklyuziv ta’limning nafaqat ta’lim tizimini takomillashtirish, balki jamiyatda ijtimoiy adolat, bag‘rikenglik va insonparvarlik qadriyatlarini mustahkamlashga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
