Til savodxonligini rivojlantirish ta’lim jarayonining asosiy vazifalaridan biriga aylandi. Biroq, o‘qish va yozish bilan bog‘liq qiyinchiliklar tufayli, maxsus o‘rganish qiyinchiliklari (MO‘Q) bo‘lgan til o‘rganuvchilar sinfning qolgan qismidan ortda qolishadi.
