SUTEMIZUVCHILAR HUJAYRALARIDA NOORGANIK POLIFOSFATLAR DARAJASINING HUJAYRADAGI ENERGETIK METABOLIZM FAOLLIGIGA BOG‘LIQLIGINI O‘RGANISH

Noorganik polifosfatlar (poli-F) ATF molekulasi bilan tuzilish jihatdan o‘xshashligi tufayli uzoq vaqtdan beri sutemizuvchilar
hujayralarida ATF molekulasining analogi/alternativi sifatida ko‘rib kelingan. Biz ushbu ishimizda glutamat+malat yoki suksinat
qo‘shilishi orqali ajratilgan mitoxondriyalarning bioenergetikasini rag‘batlantirish poli-F darajasining oshishiga olib keldi va bu
jarayonlar ATF mavjudligiga bog‘liq emasligini ko‘rsatdik. Intakt hujayralar bilan o‘tkazilgan tajribalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki,
hujayralarni glyukozasiz muhitda inkubatsiya qilish poli-F darajasining pasayishiga olib keldi, glyukoza qo‘shilishi
hujayralardagi poli-F darajasining sezilarli darajada oshishiga yordam berdi. Barcha jarayonlar rotenon va oligomitsinning
mavjudligiga bog‘liq ravishda kechdi.
