RAQAMLI MONITORING VA KPI SHAFFOFLIGINING SANOAT KORXONALARI OPERATSION SAMARADORLIGIGA TA’SIRI

Mazkur maqolada raqamli monitoring texnologiyalari hamda asosiy samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari (KPI) shaffofligining sanoat korxonalari operatsion samaradorligiga ta’siri Qashqadaryo viloyatida faoliyat yurituvchi ishlab chiqarish korxonalari misolida tahliliy bayon etilgan. Operatsion ma’lumotlarni yig‘ishning o‘zi ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini avtomatik ravishda oshirmasligi, buning uchun ma’lumotlarni ISO 22400 xalqaro standartlari asosida yagona hisoblash metodikasiga ega KPI ko‘rsatkichlariga aylantirish, me’yoriy qiymatlardan og‘ishlarni o‘z vaqtida aniqlash va mos boshqaruv mexanizmlarini belgilash zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda tizimli yondashuv, jarayonli modellashtirish, qiyosiy tahlil, “joriy etishdan oldin va keyin” baholash hamda keys-stadi usullaridan foydalanilgan. Empirik tahlil “Sultan Tex” MCHJ va “Asia Golden Oil” MCHJ ma’lumotlari asosida amalga oshirilgan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, raqamli monitoring, KPI shaffofligi va Lean vositalarining (TPM, SMED) o‘zaro integratsiyasi uskunalardan foydalanish samaradorligini (OEE) oshirish, ta’mirlash (MTTR) va qayta sozlash vaqtini qisqartirish hamda tayyor mahsulot va xomashyo zahiralari aylanish muddatini (DIO) maqbullashtirishga xizmat qilishi isbotlangan. Maqolada operatsion ma’lumotlarni izchil qarorlarga aylantiruvchi boshqaruv mexanizmi va amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
