Mo ning BiVO 4 strukturasiga kiritilishi rentgen difraksiya spektri va elektron sathlari zichligi nazarayasi (DFT) bilan
ko’rsatildi. 2% va 4% Mo ning BiVO 4 strukturasiga kiritilishi natijasida monoklinik BiVO 4 ning tetragonal fazaga o’zgarishi
tahlil qilindi. Elektron sathlar zichligi natijalariga ko’ra Mo kiritilganda BiVO 4 ning ta’qiqlangan sohasida o’zgarish
bo’lmadi. Ammo, elektronlarning o’tkazish sohasida ko’proq yig’ilishi hisobiga BiVO 4 ning fotokatalitik qobiliyatini
oshishiga sabab bo’ladigan Fermi sathi siljishi kuzatildi.
