Maqolada TSD:IT-4F asosidagi organik quyosh elementlarining optik va fotoelektrik parametrlari tahlil qilindi. PBB-TSD va
IT-4F polimerlarining yutilish spektrlari, shuningdek, ularning aralashmalari va 1,8-Diodooktan (DIO) qo’shimcha qo’shish
orqali strukutrasi yaxshilangan TSD:IT-4F faol qatlam xossalari o‘rganildi va solishtirildi. TSD:IT-4F aralashmalarni
tayyorlashda donor va akseptor materiallar turli xil nisbatda olinib, bu aralashmalarning optik va fotovoltaik parametrlari
