ISOLATION AND PRELIMINARY CHARACTERIZATION OF ENDOPHYTIC MICROORGANISMS FROM EREMOSTACHYS ISOCHILA PAZIJ & VVED
In this study, endophytic microorganisms were isolated from the root, stem, and leaf tissues of Eremostachys isochila Pazij &
Vved., and their preliminary morphological and cultural characteristics were described. A total of 22 isolates were obtained,
including 14 bacterial isolates and 8 fungal isolates. The fungal isolates were divided into eight tentative morphological groups,
while the bacterial isolates were grouped according to their cultural characteristics. The results indicate that the vegetative organs
of E. isochila are associated with endophytic bacteria and fungi.
