Ushbu tadqiqotda O‘zbekistonning g‘arbiy va janubi-g‘arbiy vohalaridan yig‘ilgan Catocalini tribasining Catocala Schrank, 1802
avlodiga mansub Catocala aestimabilis Staudinger, 1892, C. neonympha Esper, 1805 va C. nymphaea Esper, 1787 turlarining
molekulyar-genetik xususiyatlari mtDNK COI sohasi asosida tahlil qilindi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, C. aestimabilis_Uzb va C.
neonympha_Uzb o‘rtasida 22 ta, C. aestimabilis_Uzb va C. nymphaea_Uzb o‘rtasida 8 ta, C. neonympha_Uzb va C. nymphaea_Uzb
o‘rtasida esa 15 ta nukleotid farqlanish qayd etildi. Olingan COI ketma-ketliklari GenBank bazasiga joylashtirildi va tegishli kirish
raqamlari olindi.
