USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO IMPROVE THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE OF MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in improving the educational process is becoming an important trend. In particular, an
innovative approach is needed to increase the effectiveness of distance learning platforms in improving the professional skills of
management personnel of higher educational institutions. This article studies the role of an interactive assessment system integrated with
OpenAI technology in the distance learning process. As part of the research, two-stage training courses were organized through the
mt.bimm.uz platform: at the first stage, a traditional assessment system was used - selecting appropriate answers to the given questions,
and at the second stage, an interactive assessment system integrated with OpenAI technology - an automated assessment system for
answers to the kyes tasks was used. The article discusses the processes, advantages, and changes in the performance of students in the
development of professional skills of management personnel of higher educational institutions. The results confirm that the introduction
of an innovative approach to the educational process is an important tool in increasing the effectiveness of education. The results of this
study serve as a scientific basis for the wider application of SI technologies in professional development processes.
