ELEKTRON TA’LIMNING PEDAGOG KADRLAR UZLUKSIZ KASBIY RIVOJLANISHIDAGI O‘RNI

Ushbu maqolada elektron ta’limning pedagog kadrlarni uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlantirishdagi o‘rni o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot elektron ta’limning afzalliklari, cheklovlari va kelajakdagi imkoniyatlarini baholashga qaratilgan bo‘lib, yurtimiz pedagoglarining tajribasiga asoslanadi. Aralash metodologiya (adabiyotlar tahlili, so‘rovnoma va intervyu) yordamida 100 nafar pedagog va 10 nafar mutaxassis ishtirokida ma’lumotlar yig‘ildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, elektron ta’lim moslashuvchanlik va keng qamrov kabi afzalliklarni taqdim etsa-da, internet sifati, raqamli savodxonlik va o‘zaro muloqotning kamligi kabi muammolar mavjud. Tadqiqotda pedagoglarning 78% onlayn kurslardan foydalangani, 85% esa uning qulayligini ijobiy baholagani aniqlandi. Muhokama qismida ushbu jarayonni optimallashtirish uchun raqamli savodxonlikni oshirish va infratuzilmani rivojlantirish bo‘yicha takliflar beriladi. Maqola elektron ta’limning pedagoglar uchun muhim vosita ekanligini tasdiqlaydi va uning samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llarini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqotning cheklovlari namunaning kichikligi va qishloq hududlarining yetarlicha qamrab olinmaganligidan iborat. Kelajakda kengroq tadqiqotlar o‘tkazish tavsiya etiladi
