Due to the diversity of students' physical abilities and motivational profiles, the need for an individual approach to physical education classes in pedagogical higher educational institutions has increased. This study aims to assess the current level of individualization in physical education programs, assess student satisfaction, and identify factors affecting the effectiveness of personalized training strategies.
