EKSPERIMENTAL ALKOGOLIZM MODELINI YARATISH ORQALI ETANOLNING KALAMUSHLARGA TA’SIRINI ICHAK GOMOGENATI MISOLIDA TAHLIL QILISH

Maqolada laboratoriya sharoitida surunkali eksperimental alkogolizm kasalligi hosil qilingan kalamushlarda ingichka ichak gomogenati tarkibidagi oqsil, triglidserid, uglevod, xolistirol moddalari miqdori aniqlangan va sog‘lom kalamushlarniki bilan solishtirilgan. Etanol ta’sir ettirilgan kalamushlarning fiziologik holati o‘rganilganda ularda guruh hosil qilish jarayoni kuzatildi, tana vazni va harakatchanlik kamaydi. Tananing ayrim qismlarida tuklar to‘kilib, teri ochilib qoldi. Ularda qarshilik ko‘rsatish va agressiya kuchaydi.
