The article presents the lithological-facies factors that control the formation of sandstone-type uranium deposits in the Bukantog and Tomditog uranium mining areas. Uranium mineralization of the Bukantog and Tomditog uranium mining areas was analyzed in depth at the level of facies complexes, belts and zones, using the stepwise dynamic principle of facies analysis. It was determined that existing uranium deposits of industrial importance are directly related to the facies complex of the surface plains - plain valleys; and the coastal - submarine plains - the facies complex - underwater deltas and sedimentary wave facies belts. In this case, uranium ores are mainly formed in the rocks of the fragmented facies zone of the facies belts, but the rocks of the illi zone are the controlling ore.
