TYUTORLIK FAOLIYATIGA TAYYORLASH TIZIMINI METAKOGNITIV KOMPETENSIYA TAMOYILLARI ASOSIDA TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni tyutorlik faoliyatiga tayyorlash tizimini metakognitiv kompetensiya tamoyillari asosida
takomillashtirishning nazariy, metodologik va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan va metakognitiv kompetensiya tushunchasining mohiyati,
uning o‘quv jarayonidagi o‘rni, shuningdek, bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash tizimida tutgan konseptual o‘rni ilmiy tahlil
qilingan. Tyutorlik faoliyatining asosiy funksiyalari – shaxsiy rivojlanishni qo‘llab-quvvatlash, refleksiya va o‘z-o‘zini baholash
ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish jarayonlari metakognitiv yondashuv batafsil bayon etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim jarayonida
metakognitiv kompetensiyani rivojlantirish orqali tyutorlik faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirish, talabalarning o‘quv faoliyatida
o‘zini o‘zi nazorat qilish, o‘z fikrini tahlil qilish va baholash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish imkonini berishini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada
ilgari surilgan g‘oyalar bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning refleksiv, mustaqil va innovatsion pedagogik fikrlashini rivojlantirish, shaxsiy
o‘quv strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish hamda o‘z-o‘zini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan kompetent yondashuvni shakllantirishda
metodik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
