Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada strategik menejmentning muhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lgan “Qadriyatlar zanjiri” modeli tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada korxonaning ichki jarayonlarini optimallashtirish orqali qo‘shimcha qiymat yaratish, xarajatlarni kamaytirish va bozorda barqaror raqobat ustunligiga erishish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Maykl Porter modelining asosiy va yordamchi jarayonlari batafsil tavsiflangan.
