WAYS TO IMPROVE THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON MODERN MANAGEMENT MODELS

This article scientifically analyzes the issues of improving enterprise management systems based on modern management models. The study examines the opportunities for increasing enterprise efficiency through the application of strategic management, innovative management, digital management systems, and corporate governance models. In addition, the article highlights the importance of implementing modern management approaches to enhance competitiveness, optimize management processes, and ensure efficient use of resources. As a result of the research, scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for modernizing enterprise management systems have been developed.
