Editorial and Peer Review Policy

- Peer Review: Double-anonymized review by at least two independent experts; an Academic Editor oversees decisions.

- Editorial Independence: Decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, and clarity.

- Ethics: JMC adheres to COPE guidelines on publication ethics, authorship, conflicts of interest, corrections, and retractions.

Plagiarism & Research Integrity

All submissions undergo similarity screening using professional tools. Manuscripts with substantial overlap, duplicate publication, or improper citation are rejected. If ethical breaches are discovered post-publication, the editorial office may issue corrections or retractions.

Open Access & Fees

At present, no fees are charged for submission, peer review, or publication. Articles are published open access under a standard license (details to be confirmed on the website).

Terms of Publication

Submission implies the work is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and that all authors approve the final version. Authors retain responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the content and for compliance with ethical and safety standards.
