Abstract
Ta'limning dinamik manzarasida bo'lajak ta'lim menejerlari o'rtasida ijtimoiy ijodkorlikni rivojlantirish tashkilotning o'sishi va jamiyat rivojlanishining muhim jihati sifatida paydo bo'ldi. Ushbu maqola bo'lajak ta'lim menejerlarida ijtimoiy kreativlikni shakllantirishni kuchaytirish uchun tashkiliy va boshqaruv mexanizmlarini modernizatsiya qilish imkoniyatlarini o'rganadi.
