As a socio-historical process, social education evolves alongside societal changes, influenced by historical contexts, cultural heritage, and collective experiences. Legal frameworks guide this process by ensuring equitable access to education and safeguarding individuals' rights to learn, develop, and contribute to society. This article emphasizes the multidimensional aspects of social education, highlighting its critical role in societal advancement and the holistic development of individuals.
