TEACHING ENGLISH TO PRESCHOOL CHILDREN THROUGH THE STEAM APPROACH
Abstract
This paper explores the use of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach in teaching English to preschool children. The STEAM approach integrates these disciplines to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. By incorporating STEAM activities into English language lessons, educators can help young learners develop language proficiency while also fostering a love for learning and exploration. This paper
discusses the benefits of using the STEAM approach in preschool English instruction and provides practical strategies and examples for implementing STEAM activities in the classroom
