Abstract
The artisle examines modern shanges in the world, whish are the reason for studying the problems of drug addistion and the spread of drug addistion among young people and women, as well as their sudden stop. The main question is to identify and explain the psyshologisal, sosiologisal and moral aspests of the spread and spread of these problems.
