ISSUE OF JUDICIAL JURISDICTION (CIVIL CASES)
Abstract
The article describes the issues of jurisdiction in civil cases, the concept of jurisdiction, its types, filing a lawsuit, the consequences of not complying with the issue of jurisdiction in the submission of the application to the court, the procedure and interdependence of their resolution, the consequences of non-compliance with the rules of jurisdiction in civil cases.
