"Kalit so‘zlar" : IVF, blastotsist bosqichi, bo‘linish bosqichi, bitta embrion transferi, eSET, birnechta embrion ko‘chirish.

"Maqola"

O‘zbekistonda IVF rasman 2019 yilda tasdiqlangan. Butun dunyoda, shu jumladan, bizda ham, IVFni amalga oshirishning dastlabki bosqichida, ikki yoki undan ortiq embrionlarni bo‘linish bosqichida embriotransfer qilishga ustunlik berildi. Bo‘linish bosqichidagi embrionlarning implantatsiya ko‘rsatkichi past bo‘lganligi sababli homiladorlik ko‘rsatkichini oshirish uchun bir nechta embrionlar transferiga olib keldi, bu egiz homiladorlik sonining ko‘payishiga olib keldi. Ko‘p homiladorlik erta tug‘ruqga sabab bo‘ladi, bu kam tana vaznli va kasallik, nogironlik va o‘lim ehtimoli yuqori bo‘lgan erta tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarning tug‘ilishiga olib keladi. EKUda blastotsist bosqichida embrion ko‘chirilishi bitta embrionni tanlab ko‘chirish imkonini beradi, bu implantatsiya potentsialini oshiradi, klinik homiladorlik darajasini oshiradi, ko‘p homiladorlik chastotasini kamaytiradi.
