GIPOTIREOZDA ANTIOKSIDANT TIZIM FAOLIYATINING PASAYISHI VA SUMAX O‘SIMLIGI POLIFENOLLARI BILAN KORREKSIYALASH

So‘nggi yillarda endokrin kasalliklarining aholi orasida ko‘payib borayotganligi butun dunyo tibbiyotining jiddiy muammolaridan biri hisoblanadi. Bu borada endokrinologiyaning dolzarb muammolaridan biri qalqonsimon bez kasalliklari muammosi bo‘lib, organizmda tireoid gormonlarning ta’sir mexanizmlari, biosintezi va ularning almashinuvini o‘rganish, yangi dorivor preparatlarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Turli patologiyalarni davolashda va samarali farmakologik preparatlarni yaratishda o‘simliklardan ajratib olingan biologik faol birikmalar katta ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada gipotireoz kasalligining antioksidant fermentlarga qay darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatishi va bu jarayonga sumax o‘simligidan ajratib olingan polifenollarning korreksiyalovchi ta’siri yoritiladi.
