Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of professional competence of future health workers from the point of view of social and pedagogical aspects, as well as the identification of pedagogical and social problems that affect their development. The professional community traditionally strives to consistently master new tech- nologies that demonstrate high scientific validity of efficiency and are characterized by innovative imple- mentation in the traditional didactic system, contributing to the improvement of the quality of the educational process. This process implies not only the introduction of modern technical means, but also a radical renewal of the content of education, methods and organizational forms of training, aimed at creating a personality- oriented educational environment that takes into account the individual abilities, needs and characteristics of students' cognitive processes.
