SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE ZAMBURUG’IDAN BIOLOGIK FAOL POLIPEPTIDNI AJRATISH VA AMINOKISLOTALAR TARKIBINI O’RGANISH
The yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is used in the food industry, especially in fermentation and baking processes. However, its uses are not limited to these areas. In recent decades, the fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae has been widely used in protein biotechnology due to its diverse and unique properties of proteins and enzymes and is of great importance in synthetic biology.
