STRATEGIES AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE INTEGRATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ PLURILINGUAL AND SOCIO-CULTURAL COMPETENCIES
The development of students’ plurilingual (multilingual) and socio-cultural competencies is one of the most pressing tasks in the field of education. This article analyzes integrative strategies and modern technologies aimed at enhancing students’ communicative, cognitive, and intercultural interaction skills based on plurilingual education and socio-cultural approaches. The article discusses effective methods for fostering linguistic and intercultural competencies, grounded in an analysis of psycholinguistic, sociolinguistic, and pedagogical aspects of plurilingual development, as well as practical experiences in higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and international practices. Special attention is given to the role of digital technologies, interactive platforms, and virtual environments in the educational process. The study highlights the advantages and challenges of plurilingual education and provides recommendations aimed at preparing students as competitive individuals in a globalized environment.
