The article explores the scientific and methodological foundations and technologies for organizing open online asynchronous courses aimed at developing digital competencies of higher education pedagogical staff based on their needs. The study presents an algorithm developed using the SMART professional development system, the HyFlex hybrid learning model, and a connectivist approach. By leveraging artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies, the efficiency of the educational process tailored to the individual needs of educators is enhanced. Pilot test results confirm an increase in digital competency levels and improved motivation among educators. This approach contributes to the digital transformation of the education system.
