This article examines the pedagogical conditions for teaching clinical disciplines in the context of the digital transformation of medical education. Based on the integration of competency-based, activity-oriented, case-based, and reflective approaches, the study substantiates the possibilities of developing students’ clinical thinking, readiness for practical activity, and digital competencies. Particular attention is paid to the use of simulation-based training, electronic clinical cases, digital diagnostic tools, and modern assessment mechanisms within the educational process. The article presents scientific conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of teaching clinical disciplines in a digital educational environment.
