This article analyzes the amino acid composition of rice grain from the Tantana, Iskandar, Tarona, Lazurniy, Mustaqillik (Cluster), Mustaqillik, Uz Ros 7-13, and Devzira (black husk) varieties using chromatography. Amino acids were classified into essential and non-essential groups. The Devzira variety showed the highest total amino acid content, with the highest levels of lysine (2.508 mg/g) and glutamine (2.6008 mg/g). In addition, the study discusses findings from international research on amino acid composition in rice grain
