SHOLI NAVLARI DONIDAGI AMINOKISLOTALAR MIQDORI TAHLILI

Ushbu maqolada sholining Tantana, Iskandar, Tarona, Lazurniy, Mustaqillik (Klaster), Mustaqillik, Uz Ros 7-13 va Devzira (qora qiltiriq) navlari donidagi aminokislotalar tarkibi xromatografiya usulida tahlil qilindi. Aminokislotalar almashinadigan va almashinmaydigan guruhlarga ajratib o‘rganildi. Natijada umumiy aminokislotalar miqdori bo‘yicha Devzira navi eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichni qayd etdi; unda lizin (2,508 mg/g) va glutamin (2,6008 mg/g) eng yuqori darajada aniqlandi. Shuningdek, sholi doni aminokislotalari bo‘yicha jahon tadqiqotlari natijalari ham muhokama qilindi.
