TECHNOLOGY FOR EXTRACTING LIGNIN FROM RICE STRAW
In this study, the issue of efficient utilization of rice straw, which is considered an agricultural waste, is investigated. In practice,
rice straw is often openly burned to clear agricultural fields, resulting in atmospheric air pollution and disruption of ecological
balance. The main objective of this work is to develop a technology for extracting valuable lignin from rice straw, which is of low
industrial value, as an alternative solution to these environmentally harmful practices. Rice straw samples collected from rice-
growing regions of the Surkhandarya province were selected as the object of the study.
