The article analyzes the transformation processes of school education management in the context of contemporary global
informatization. Based on the analysis, the emerging roles of the school principal as a "strategic moderator" and "digital leader"
are explored, alongside the integration of ERP and LMS systems into the educational ecosystem. It is statistically proven that the
implementation of digital mechanisms optimizes administrative time, eliminates human-error-related mistakes, and significantly
accelerates decision-making processes. Furthermore, the advantages of transitioning toward evidence-based analytical management
using Big Data analytics and digital dashboards are highlighted
