THE PLACE AND ROLE OF FEMALE DIPLOMATS IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
This article analyzes the place and role of women diplomats in the system of modern international relations. Specifically, it
highlights the issue of gender balance in diplomacy, the participation of women in foreign policy decision-making processes. The
contribution of women diplomats to peacemaking, conducting negotiations, and developing international cooperation is also
examined through practical examples. Furthermore, the article addresses gender stereotypes, institutional barriers, and the growing
trend of women's representation in modern diplomacy
