Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy xalqaro munosabatlar tizimida ayol diplomatlarning o‘rni va roli tahlil qilinadi. Xususan,
diplomatiyada gender muvozanati masalasi, ayollarning tashqi siyosiy qarorlar qabul qilish jarayonidagi ishtiroki yoritiladi.
Shuningdek, ayol diplomatlarning tinchlik o‘rnatish, muzokaralar olib borish va xalqaro hamkorlikni rivojlantirishdagi hissasi
amaliy misollarda ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mazkur maqolada gender stereotiplari, institutsional to‘siqlar va zamonaviy diplomatiyada
