МЕСТО И РОЛЬ ЖЕНЩИН-ДИПЛОМАТОВ В МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЯХ
В данной статье анализируется место и роль женщин-дипломатов в системе современных международных отношений. В
частности, освещается вопрос гендерного баланса в дипломатии, участие женщин в процессе принятия
внешнеполитических решений. Также на практических примерах рассматривается вклад женщин-дипломатов в
установление мира, ведение переговоров и развитие международного сотрудничества. В данной статье также
рассматриваются гендерные стереотипы, институциональные барьеры и тенденции увеличения представительства
женщин в современной дипломатии.
