Using an electrospinning setup, optimal conditions were selected for obtaining a nanofibrous nonwoven polymer material by adding
various amounts of fibroin to a 4 wt.% polyacrylamide solution. According to these conditions, a constant voltage of 25 kV was
applied to the spinneret (Ø < 1 mm) mounted on the syringe containing the solution, which served as the anode. Under the applied
electric field, nanofiber formation was carried out at a distance of 12–15 cm between the spinneret and the collector (cathode)
