Elektrospinning qurilmasi yordamida, Poliakrilamidning 4 % li eritmasiga turli miqdorlarda fibroin qo‘shish orqali nanotola
noto‘qima polimer material olish uchun optimal sharoit tanlandi, unga binoan eritma solinadigan rezirvuar shpritsga o‘rnatilgan
fileraga (< 1 mm), ya’ni anodga 25 kV doimiy kuchlanish berildi va bunday kuchlanish ta’siri ostida feleradan ekran (katod)
gacha bo‘lgan 12-15 sm masofada nanotolalar shakllantirish amalga oshirildi
