ПРОГРАММА ПОДГОТОВКИ КОРПОРАТИВНЫХ ТЬЮТОРОВ КАК ФАКТОР УСПЕШНОГО ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ В НЕФТЕГАЗОВОЙ ОТРАСЛИ
This article presents and substantiates a training program for corporate tutors as a key factor in successfully implementing an original pedagogical technology for forming professional competencies of oil and gas industry specialists. The effectiveness of the technology critically depends on tutor qualifications: regular weekly support increases the integrated competency score by 18 percentage points (p < 0.05). A tutor competency model has been developed, covering subject-methodological, psychological-pedagogical, communicative, and analytical components. A 72-hour training program has been created, including theoretical foundations, diagnostic tools, facilitation, and development of learning materials. Pilot training of five tutors confirmed an increase in their readiness to work with the original technology (integrated readiness score from 54% to 88%, very large effect size, d > 0.8). The program is recommended for replication in corporate universities of oil and gas companies.
