DETERMINATION OF THE ANTIRADIKALT ACTIVITY OF A MIXTURE OF NIGELLA SATIVA L AND ALTHAEA OFFICINALIS L OIL AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN TRADITIONAL MEDICINE
In this article reviewed the method of "Cold pressing" that was used to preserve the useful chemical substances of the oil of
Nigella sativa l and Althaea officinalis l. Using the "DD85-G" press equipment produced by the German company "AEN
Engineering GmbH & Co.KG", the oil was extracted by pressing the qualitative seeds of Nigella sativa which cleaned in
accordance with sanitary requirements. A mixture of oils was compared with standard antioxidants quercetin and gliclazide.
