This article provides information about the variability of the conchological characteristics of the land mollusc Cochlicopa nitens,
which is widespread in the north-western part of Uzbekistan. Research materials for the years 2019-2022 Yangariq district in the
Khorezm oasis: Karmish, Kattabog village among the open fields in undeveloped areas; Bogot district: Dehkanbazar, Naiman
village, collected from among the grasses near the banks of the stream. Based on the analysis of the shell morphometric
characters of C. nitens, it was found that the height and width of the shell mouth are highly variable compared to other characters
in all biotopes, and the shell width is one of the less variable stable characters.
