THE SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDYING THE IMMUNOMODULATION PROPERTIES OF PLANT EXTRACTS IN EXPERIMENTAL IN VITRO MODELS (FOR THE EXAMPLE OF THE KOVULCAPPARIS SPINOSA L.)
In the article, analytical data on the data published in modern scientific sources in recent years, as well as the chemical
composition, nutritional value, flavonoids, alkaloids as secondary metabolites of the highly medicinal plant Capparis spinosa L.
Phytochemical and pharmacological properties of vitamins, antioxidants are presented. Also, the goals and tasks of studying
bioactive substances isolated from kapers extracts, their anti-inflammatory immunomodulating properties are presented.
