ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ ИММУНОМОДУЛЯЦИОННЫХ СВОЙСТВ РАСТИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЭКСТРАКТОВ В ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНЫХ МОДЕЛЯХ INVITRO (НА ПРИМЕРЕ КАПЕРЦCAPPARISSPINOSAL.)
В статье приведены аналитические данные по данным, опубликованным в современных научных источниках за
последние годы, а также химический состав, пищевая ценность, флавоноиды, алкалоиды как вторичные метаболиты
высокоцелебного растения Capparisspinosa L. Фитохимические и фармакологические свойства витаминов, представлены
антиоксиданты. Также представлены цели и задачи изучения биоактивных веществ, выделенных из экстрактов каперц,
их противовоспалительных иммуномодулирующих свойств.
